This optical transceiver module leverages advanced 850nm VCSEL and photodiode array technology, PAM4 modulation, and integrated clock and data recovery (CDR) circuits. The 200G QSFP56 SR4 module converts electrical signals into optical signals via a VCSEL array. Each of the four lanes operates at 26.56 GBaud using PAM4 modulation.
